My name is Susan Johnson,
I am a contacting your firm in regards to a divorce settlement with my ex-husband
(Mark Johnson) who resides in your jurisdiction. I recently got a teaching job with a 2 year teaching contract in china so I am out of the country for now.
we had an out of court, Agreement (Collaborative Law Agreement) for him to pay $468,450.59 plus legal fees, He has only paid me $44,000 since, I have tried several attempts to collect the balance from him and he seems not to be coming through, my former attorney recently retired so I an seeking your firm to assistance in collecting the balance from him. He has agreed already to pay me the balance but It is my belief that Law firm like yours is needed to help me collect payment from my ex-husband or litigate this matter if he fails to pay as promised.
