Hi Counsel.
My name is Raymond Luo Nicholas. Am contacting your firm in regards to a payment settlement collection issue i have with my ex-partner (Jenice Nicholas) who resides in your jurisdiction united states of america, I am currently resident in Japan.

We had an out of court agreement for her to pay $348,450.00USD plus legal fees being the calculated total amount that she owes me, she agreed to pay me but ever since she has only paid me $44,000 ever since.

I am hereby seeking your firm representation in collecting the balancing amount from her.
She has agreed already to pay me the balance, and her current male partner who she now dates request that they would prefer to deal directly with my Legal representative there in USA who would act and represent my interest to facilitate the release and collection of the amount they owe me to my Representing Legal Counsel there in USA.

Am currently resident in Japan, and i have no such representing legal counsel to help me in this issue, this is why i am sending you this message, because it is my belief that a Law firm like yours is needed to help me collect payment from my ex-Partner or litigate this matter if she fails to pay as promised.
